Nazareth Police Officer Vanessa Cruz-Smith had two of three claims in her lawsuit against the Department, current and former chiefs and officer Lahovski according to an article in the Express-Times (read it here).

Cruz-Smith has one claim remaining and it appears it will go to court for a jury to determine.
